George T. Berrigan The author, George T. Berrigan, is a former Chief of Police of the North Bay Police Service. Berrigan´s police career spanned thirty-two years, most of those spent in the investigation of major crime. During the research for this book, Berrigan had access to individuals who would normally be reluctant to tell their stories.
